Non-Partisan Petition to Recall Federal Elected Officials

PREAMBLE

We the People by this Petition of Recall do hereby make known to all of our Elected Officials including the President, along with the House and Senate, our intent to exercise our Right as provided in the Declaration of Independence, specifically the right that:

...Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, (the free exercise of the unalienable Rights given by Our Creator) it is the Right of the People to ALTER OR ABOLISH it (ie, abolish those that institute that form of government), and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

THE PETITION

We the People feel compelled to exercise this Right and issue this Recall, given our opinion of the over-reaching of the President of the United States aided and abetted by Others in Congress, who have acted in near total disregard to the Will of the People, trampling on the Constitution in general, having, We the People believe, forsaken the Oath of Office they swore to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, against ALL enemies foreign and domestic"...given that we are systematically being transformed into a Socialist society which is destructive to personal freedom, and stands in direct contradiction to the enduring principles laid down in the Constitution of the United States of America.

We need not prove our case to anyone in order to exercise this Right, as our Right comes directly from God, and is given to We the People in the Declaration of Independence and is therefore not subject to negation by any Legislature or Court of man. To that fact there can be no dispute.

Also, the evidence of the destructive nature of the policies, especially the hostile takeover of our system of health-care put forth from the White House and supported by the Majority Party in the House and Senate are evidence enough, we believe, of the plight our Great Nation now faces, and that the Safety and Happiness of the People will be severely affected, should these policies continue uncontested.

We the People do not need the permission of any Legislature to exercise this Right from God provided in the Declaration of Independence, any more than our Founding Fathers needed the permission of the British Government when they sought to shake off the yoke of excessive Taxation without Representation, which severely limits the Peoples pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Happiness guaranteed by our Constitution. This taxation will occur not so openly, but by stealth, principally through the Energy Tax, popularly known as the Cap and Trade system of energy control, and other means of burdensome taxation, which threaten to place such a burden upon We the People as to severely curtail our pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Happiness as guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence.

It is for the above reasons, and many more which could be cited that We the People do hereby declare our intent to exercise our Right to "alter or abolish" the Government, by issuing a Petition of Recall in order to summarily dismiss and to thereby abolish any or all current office holders of the Federal Government, and to alter the rules of the new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to us seem most likely to effect OUR Safety and Happiness.

By signing the petition, you state your agreement with the above action and are in agreement with the intent to remove from office any or all of our elected officials, and begin again, laying the foundation of the new Government on such principles and powers as to US seem most likely to effect the Safety and Happiness of We the People.

You may choose to not display your name publicly. Your State and comments if any, will be visible for public viewing. We need this for state-wide organizing as the numbers continue to grow.

Retain the untainted Constitution of the United States ; constrain all elected and non-elected public servants within this one United States of America to the performance of their duties as proscribed by the People; and expel from office or position those whose corruption as evidenced by their failure to so act within these lawful constraints as set by the People. The Will of the People is and shall continue to be expressed by majority rule, with the ruling majority of the People constituted by the simple 50.0000000001 percent (%), such majority stated as one individual number of the People beyond the count of one-half of those engaging in the plebiscite as lawfully eligible voters. A lawfully eligible voter must meet all requirements of citizenship in this nation, in their state of lawful residence, in their municipality or other lawful district of jurisdiction, and must be enabled to support proof of said eligibility via one or both of hospital issued/doctor (midwife) signed birth certificate or naturalization certificate.
