PREAMBLE

We the People by this Petition of Recall do hereby make known to all of our Elected Officials including the President, along with the House and Senate, our intent to exercise our Right as provided in the Declaration of Independence, specifically the right that:

...Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, (the free exercise of the unalienable Rights given by Our Creator) it is the Right of the People to ALTER OR ABOLISH it (ie, abolish those that institute that form of government), and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

THE PETITION

We the People feel compelled to exercise this Right and issue this Recall, given our opinion of the over-reaching of the President of the United States aided and abetted by Others in Congress, who have acted in near total disregard to the Will of the People, trampling on the Constitution in general, having, We the People believe, forsaken the Oath of Office they swore to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, against ALL enemies foreign and domestic"...given that we are systematically being transformed into a Socialist society which is destructive to personal freedom, and stands in direct contradiction to the enduring principles laid down in the Constitution of the United States of America.

We need not justify our case to anyone in order to exercise this Right, as our Right to liberty comes directly from God by virtue of our humanity, as stated in the Declaration of Independence and is therefore not subject to negation by any Legislature or Court of man. To that fact there can be no dispute.

Also, the evidence of the destructive nature of the policies, especially the hostile takeover of our system of health-care put forth from the White House and supported by the Majority Party in the House and Senate are evidence enough, we believe, of the plight our Great Nation now faces, and that the Safety and Happiness of the People will be severely affected, should these policies continue uncontested.

We the People do not need the permission of any Legislature to exercise this Right from God provided in the Declaration of Independence, any more than our Founding Fathers needed the permission of the British Government when they sought to shake off the yoke of excessive Taxation without Representation, which severely limits the Peoples pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Happiness guaranteed by our Constitution. This taxation will occur not so openly, but by stealth, principally through the Energy Tax, popularly known as the Cap and Trade system of energy control, and other means of burdensome taxation, which threaten to place such a burden upon We the People as to severely curtail our pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Happiness as guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence.

It is for the above reasons, and many more which could be cited that We the People do hereby declare our intent to exercise our Right to "alter or abolish" the Government, by issuing a Petition of Recall in order to summarily dismiss and to thereby abolish any or all current office holders of the Federal Government, and to alter the rules of the new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to us seem most likely to effect OUR Safety and Happiness, NOT the political safety and happiness of unresponsive, hostile Federal elected officials.

By signing the petition, you state your agreement with the above action and are in agreement with the intent to remove from office any or all of our elected officials, and begin again, laying the foundation of the new Government on such principles and powers as to US seem most likely to effect the Safety and Happiness of We the People.

Thank you for your representation. I am writing to you because of extensive research in regard to the US Federal Government and the United Nations agenda. I am concerned about our the freedoms of individuals to freely exercise and peacefully express their religious beliefs as well as many others. I have also noticed that the federal government in writing is against and want to discourage illegal immigration or they want to cause civil problems by illegals to have a reason to put people in the 800 empty concentration camps located within America . They seem as if the federal government is waiting for day to declare martial law which would give the United Nations or feds a reason to lock up and kill millions of Americans for any reason. I believe the discouragement comes because of the numbers involved, but we as American Citizens should open our eyes and realize these people are coming because of their conditions in the country they live. We as the people should use funds efficiently to help these immigrants, let these military border patrols, or states at the state level build our own armies within our states or at the border in case of United Nation takeover or declaration of martial law. HOw many of these illegals would sign up to protect and serve the state that they so want to come because of corrupt evil leaders selling the people out in their country. This is happening in our country as well as theirs. We have been sold out to China, etc and the United Nations and New World Order. It is time to take a stand. Please consider with great attention to prevent the death of millions of Americans. Another issue that I am researching is the number of prisoners that are being housed and their crimes and punishments. It says there are over 2 million people in our prisons and this cost a great deal to keep them housed. If each state would give the prisoner depending on the crimes an opportunity to serve the state and protect and serve it and reduce their sentences for becoming part of a state army. This would be another way for us to utilize our resources as well. Our military in the US. is greatly outnumbered compared to the Chinese, Russian, etc and most of our military are in other countries. How are they going to protect and serve it?

All resignations and or dismissals of elected and appointed officials to be effective upon new elections and appointments by a new Administration and Congress. All judges to vacate their offices upon new appointments and confirmation by the Senate.
