Welcome to A Voice of the People: Non-Partisan Petition to Recall Elected Officials

Please understand our intent is to RESTORE the original intent of the Constitution as expounded in the Federalist Papers. The foundations of our Constitution need to be laid again only because they have been perverted by legislators and judges to usurp the freedom and authority of We the People.

This petition drive is part of the process to construct the framework necessary to furnish all generations of Americans to come with the ability to dismiss Federal office holders including the President, State by State, WHENEVER they violate the Constitutional limitations of the Federal government.

We are also dedicated to promoting a revival of the understanding of the dignity, worth, and freedom of the Individual and the understanding of the Natural Rights of the Individual as endowed by their Creator, communicated to us by the Declaration of Independence.

It is our contention that many elected officials act more like a "ruling class" today, than the Representatives of the People. We intend to remind them that We the People are the TRUE government, that they serve US, and only continue in office by the Consent of the Governed, thus the Petition for Recall.
